Sunrise is a condo and townhome community located on Sunrise Drive in the Whippany section of Hanover Township in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately 155 units in the complex which was built between 1992 and 1993. Sunrise offers a variety of floor plans. Designs include 1-2 bedroom single-floor condos, and, 2-3 bedroom multi-level townhomes. All of the units have 1-car garages and some of the units have basements. The development is a condominium or condo association. As of the year 2017, Integra Management was employed by the residents. The monthly association fee was approximately $306 to $333 and includes exterior building maintenance, common area maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and water fees. Amenities include a community swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis court, and playground. Sunrise is easily accessible to NJ Route 10 and Interstate 287.
Sunrise has convenient access to NJ Route 10 and Interstate 287 which runs north-south through Morris County and provides an easy connection to the major east-west routes including Interstate 80, 280, and NJ Route 24. Newark International Airport is a mere 30 minutes away. The train stations in Morristown and Madison are located close by.
Public Schools for residents include Bee Meadow School (K-5), Memorial Junior School (6-8), and Whippany Park High School (9-12)
There is an amazing amount of nearby shopping for residents. From big chain stores in Parsippany and East Hanover, to small shops and boutiques in Madison and Morristown, everything you need is just a short drive away. The Rockaway Townsquare and Short Hills Malls are about 15 minutes away.
