In the summer of 2006 my husband and I put our townhouse on the market hoping to sell it ourselves. We did a lot of research and thought we had priced our house well within the price range of what other townhouses were selling for in our area. During the first open house a very nice young man came in and looked it over and seemed to be pleased with what he saw. He introduced himself to us and asked if we needed any help and of course we immediately said no. He then asked if he could drop off some material that might be helpful during our process of selling our home.  He never pushed or told us that we could not do it alone (like some of the real estate agents did). Well, summer turned into fall, fall turned into winter, then we took our townhome off the market. Shawn continued to check on us, never asking anything more than is there any way he could help. As winter 2007 came to an end we put our sign back out and once again we remained hopeful, but still nothing happened. By the beginning of spring we decided to start interviewing Realtors to see how they could help us. Well, to make a long story short, after interviewing many different companies and Realtors, there was no doubt in our mind that Shawn Fox was our man. He was a true professional, honest and friendly and his record for selling townhouses in our area was really quite incredible so we hired him. When we were really very discouraged, it was Shawn who had no doubts about selling our house.
