Monthly Association Meetings. The monthly homeowners association meetings are held at 8PM, the fourth Wednesday of every month.

Maintenance Fees. Glenmont Commons residents currently pay $105 per month for maintenance. This fee pays for the management company, swimming pool, and landscaping.

Homeowner's Insurance. Glenmont Commons is a Homeowners' Association, not a Condominium Association. Therefore, you must have homeowner's insurance which covers your unit inside and out, including the property.

Swimming Pool. The Glenmont Commons Swimming Pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Garbage Collection.The town of Parsippany publishes a Town Planner Community Calandar that has garbage and recycling pickup dates and instructions. Garbage is usually picked up on Monday and Thursday morning. Recyclables on Monday. The Association would like to remind the homeowners that the garbage is not to be placed outside until 6 p.m. the night before pickup.
